Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 August 2026

This policy explains what personal data Kittiphat Tour & Travel, trading as Alex Taxi & Tour Khao Lak ("we", "us"), collects through this website, why, and how it's handled, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

When you send a booking enquiry through the contact form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, and any details you add about your trip (destination, date, number of adults and children, and any message). If you contact us by WhatsApp or phone instead, we receive whatever information you choose to share there, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

Cookies and analytics

As of this update, this site does not use any advertising or tracking cookies. The only browser storage in use is a small note saved on your own device recording whether you've accepted or declined the cookie banner, so we don't show it to you again — this stays on your device and is never sent to us.

We do use Google Search Console to check how this site appears in Google Search results. This only involves verifying ownership of the site with Google and doesn't place any cookie in your browser or collect anything about you personally.

To keep spam out, the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs a quick automated check in your browser to tell people from bots. It doesn't set advertising cookies, and Cloudflare uses the information from the check only for that purpose.

We may in future add analytics or advertising tools (for example, Google Ads conversion tracking) to understand which enquiries come from online advertising. If we do, any cookie those tools use will only be set after you accept the cookie banner — declining keeps them switched off — and we'll update this page to name the specific service in use, what it collects, and how to opt out.

Why we collect it

We use the information from the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry, plan and confirm bookings, and provide the tour or transfer service you've asked about. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

Who sees it

Enquiries submitted through the contact form are sent directly to Kittiphat Tour & Travel's own mailbox (booking@alextaxitourkhaolak.com) and are not shared with any third party, other than the service providers who technically deliver the message: our website host (Cloudflare) and our email provider. Neither is authorised to use your information for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep booking enquiries for as long as reasonably needed to arrange your trip and deal with any follow-up (for example, questions about a past booking), and delete older messages periodically. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us using the details below and we'll action it.

Your rights

Under the PDPA, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw any consent you've given. To do so, email booking@alextaxitourkhaolak.com or message us on WhatsApp at +66894732779.
